I emailed both my NC House and NC Senate members today to let them know how I felt about (1) the attempt to strip our newly elected governor of the powers of his office; (2) the calls to dump 60,000 provisional ballots; and (3) the moving of responsibility for state elections to the auditor, apparently because he’s the only Republican in the Executive Council in the next term.
They will hear from me. I am so sick of it all. The voter suppression, the gerrymandering, the godawful candidates, the hatred and misogyny.
