Hi friends,

Well—there’s no other way to say it—we’re in a bonkers moment. But — Kamala Harris! I’m pretty excited, actually! I think it’s time we got to work to make sure that a terrific, young, Black, AAPI woman defeats the white convicted felon, rapist, and serial liar with a pad on his ear. Who’s with me?

As always, there is a long list of ways to support the election of Democrats up and down the ballot in NC. We can not ignore or shy away from talking about electing a Democratic President, but we also need to talk about Josh Stein for Governor (vs Mark Robinson), the NC Supreme Court and Appeals Court races, the state legislative races that can break the Republican supermajority, and a couple of Congressional seats.  It’s all important.

As in the last few weeks, I urge you to try some phone banks.
