I have a couple of quick actions for you all from the amazing Marilyn Hartman (find her Substack here).
First up, protect Justice Allison Rigg’s 2024 win for NC Supreme Court by making sure the 65,000 votes challenged in the courts by her Republican opponent, Jefferson Griffin, don’t get overturned.
For information on the case and actions anyone can take (there are five of them!), go to the Common Cause NC website.
Here are two options for phonebanks targeting the voters on Griffin’s list. You’ll be making calls to inform them that their votes have been challenged, and sharing info on what they can do about it:

Join the NC Democratic Party on 2/6 or the Durham County Dems on 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, and 3/4. Click here to sign up.
Another fantastic thing you can do: phonebank or canvass with the Durham County Democrats. Not all NC county Democratic Parties are out there engaging with voters, but Durham's is! They’re going door to door to organize unorganized precincts, recruiting volunteers by phone, and more. Check out opportunities on their calendar and sign up here.

So glad to see Marilyn on your team. She's a fave her in NC.
Now that we are not trying to currently win elections in 50 states (and especially swing states), I would love to see information currently going in NC and WI newslettters go into your letter for all - maybe both in the state Substack and the national one to reach both audiences.. Lots of people who weren't necessarily concentrating on these states in 2024 are now interested in the April 1 Wisconsin Supreme Court and lots of people are aware at least in part about the Republican's efforts to steal the seat Alison Riggs won. These are both instances where we need more volunteers and both these races have extremely important national implications.
