Hey, Team NC!

Less than nine days until the election, and there’s still A LOT left to do!! Now is the time to chip in. Here’s how:

You can canvass:

• Canvass with the NC Dems in northern Granville County next weekend (11/2 and 11/3). You’ll be knocking the doors of registered Dems in an effort to get them to the polls. This is a great opportunity for those who want to save democracy without getting yelled at by Trump supporters. Click here to sign up.

• Knock doors with the NC Dems literally any day leading up to the election (AND on Election Day) in Mecklenburg County. Sign up here.

You can phonebank:

• Have meaningful conversations with NC voters and convince them to vote blue on Saturday, November 2. Click here for that!

• Help the Watauga Dems call voters. They are working to navigate the impacts of Hurricane Helene, and could really use more phonebank volunteers. Fill out this form to sign up.

• Phonebank with the NC Dems on Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday here.

• Click here to sign up for a phonebanking shift 5-8pm any day leading up to and including Election Day. You’ll call folks all over NC to get out the vote!

You can be a voter protection volunteer:

• All in for NC needs chase and cure volunteers to help voters resolve issues with their ballots. Sign up here!

• The NC Democratic Coordinated Campaign needs poll observers to protect the vote– complete their availability survey and watch this video training to get started. Your polling location assignment will be sent to you by Sunday, November 3.

You can write letters:

• Vote Forward still has two active letter writing campaigns in NC:one for turning out likely Dems, and another encouraging young, underrepresented North Carolinians to vote. Both of these still need a lot more writers (which is slightly concerning, considering letters have to be sent by this coming Tuesday, October 29). If you have the bandwidth, please please write some– whatever you can do helps a lot!

You can give money:

• NOPE is doing amazing work in all of the swing states, including North Carolina. Your donation will automatically be split between the seven swing states, but you can customize it to just go to NC if you’d like. Any money you give will go to work immediately!! Donate here.

• Click here to donate to Finish 2024 Strong NC. Your donation will go to grassroots organizations that are doing the work on the ground to turn out every last voter, to ballot curing efforts, and to protecting election integrity.
